I had the opportunity to take the stage at The Product Universe on June 12th 2025, hosted by Crystallize, to present the transformation journey at Plantasjen and the work that has gone into rebuilding our digital experience with Crystallize. The session was a great platform to highlight both the progress made and the principles behind the new foundation we have created.
The talk focused on how a modern and flexible tech stack can support real commercial impact. By rethinking how we structure product information, optimise workflows and deliver customer experiences, we have been able to accelerate development and improve both internal efficiency and customer facing touchpoints.
It was motivating to see the strong response in the room. Several attendees noted how the combination of clear strategy and pragmatic execution has shaped the results so far. The interest from the broader product and technology community underlines how relevant this type of transformation work has become.
The progress achieved reflects the dedication of the entire Plantasjen team. Their willingness to challenge established practices and adopt new approaches has been central to the results we are seeing today.
Presenting this work at The Product Universe was both inspiring and energising. It created space to share learnings, reflect on the journey and connect with others working toward similar goals.
