Im happy to announce that i have started a new job at Plantage Group as Manager IT Online.

As Manager IT Online at Plantasjen Group, I am responsible for overseeing all online solutions and technical ventures at the group level across Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

My role encompasses a wide range of areas including content management, ecommerce, marketing, Product Information Management (PIM), mobile apps and integrations with various systems such as ERP, payment, and shipping platforms.

A key aspect of my job is to ensure that we deliver clean and simple solutions that offer excellent user experience and interface (UX/UI), catering not only to our end consumers but also to our internal team members for efficient and effective operations.

By streamlining and simplifying processes, we are able to boost efficiency and save considerable time, which translates into more effective internal operations. This efficiency has a direct impact on our business outcomes, leading to an increase in both the size and frequency of customer orders.

Making user-friendly systems encourage repeat business and attract new customers, while the time saved internally allows our teams to focus on strategic initiatives and innovation, driving further growth and success for the company.
